The Symposium on Artificial Intelligence in Learning Health Systems (SAIL) hosted its fourth in-person conference May 6–9, 2025, in Río Grande, Puerto Rico at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve.
Because the meeting is capped at 150 participants (including speakers, poster presenters and organizers), participation is typically limited to only those with accepted abstracts. The best way to have the opportunity to attend in future years is to submit an abstract during the open Call for Abstracts (Nov-Jan annually).

- February 21, 2025 — Abstract Acceptance and Travel Award Notifications
- March 2025 — Registration Opens
- May 6–9, 2025 — Annual Symposium
Registration
Space at SAIL is limited to 150 participants, including speakers and organizers. Priority for registration is given to individuals with accepted abstracts. Registration opens each year in March. Registration fees are as follows and include all meals throughout the duration of the symposium:
