Payal Chandak

Payal Chandak is a PhD student in the Harvard–MIT Health Sciences and Technology program, where she is jointly advised by Professors Isaac Kohane and Collin Stultz. Payal is passionate about building deep learning algorithms that leverage signals from wearable and implanted devices to deliver clinically meaningful insights to their users. Her work has recently focused on developing an understanding of the electrocardiogram as a biomarker of cardio-renal-metabolic health. Payal received her BA from in Computer Science and in Neuroscience from Columbia University.
